She is an necromancer who raises the dead for a living and is a legal vampire executioner. Anita is a smart, mouthy broad who is not afraid to kick some serious ass.
These books are full of humor, hot sex, intrigue, and mind twisting plots. Laurell K. Hamilton is one of my favorite authors who got me hooked on paranormal fiction. You really must read the books in order for everything to make sense.

I have every one of ms. hamilton’s vampire series books and I LOVE them all with the exception ov Micah which in my opinion proves hamilton is only human…and humans are entitled to one mistake. lol
