If you have been reading along with the series, by this time you might be thinking this story sounds *really* familiar except the place and names have changed. This book is just way too much like the previous novels in the series. An effort to change up the plot would make the series much stronger and the books more appealing. The gang of supernatural crime fighters that seem to appear toward the end of each book to save the day are not enough to save this one. If you are new to Shannon Drake’s books I suggest reading the first three, they seem to be the best of the series.
