This is an awesome series, can’t wait for the next book in the series. I would like to see a website for this series and know when the rest of the series is comming out. But its a Great awesome series.

I enjoyed If Angels Burn and bought three more Darkyn novels.
I was frustrated that nowhere in the books or websites does it tell
which order they go in. Yes, I have a basic need to read them in
order. Also, the websites are more about other books for sale then about the books I have, or other books by Lynn Viehl. So your books are great, your website not so great.

UGH!!! I am so frustrated!!! I cannot find a website for this author anywhere. I stumbled across this series by accident while I was waiting for Christine Feehan’s new book to come out, and I read every book in the Darkyn series as soon as I could get my hands on them. But I can’t find a website for Lynn Viehl to indicate when another book will be coming out or what specific order I was supposed to read the books in. I know that Robin of Locksley has a book coming out about him in the next year but no specifics……

I picked up “Private Demon” by pure randomness. (Sometimes I do that.) Since I didn’t read the first book, I had a hard time getting into the book and remembering all of the characters. However, I have a “thing” where if a book is in a series, I HAVE to read the entire series, even if I didn’t like the book. Private Demon just didn’t do it for me, but I am SO happy I pushed through it and continued on in the series.
I’m just starting Stay the Night, and am so excited. What I like about these books is that each book has it’s own story, but it also follows the longer theme of Alexandra. So overall, I have really enjoyed this series. After Stay the Night, I plan on going back and reading the first book, and maybe Private Demon again

I’m still reading Twilight Fall, and um……its ok theres just to much sex in the book for my tast.Now dont get me wrong it is a good book very good, I love romance books, just not the kind that are to detaily in when the charaicters are making love, and I know its a older book for older women, but I want to read a good romance book the ones that have passion not detailed sex passion, but love. I’m sorry if I being to judgemental, but thats just me, and I still love the book,and Lynn is still an excelent writter I hope she keeps on writing.

I heard about this series from a friend and she let me borrow her books. Im currently on Dark Need. These books have been awesome so far! My favorite so far is Private Demon! I am looking forward to reading the rest of the series!

I read a whole lot of Vampire books especially True Blood series. I would have to say OMG! these books are so well written and the excitement in them will always want you to read more and more. Lynn I hope you continue the Darkyn series. I am so hooked that I don’t want to ever stop reading them. I hope one day you would make a movie on them and I can’t wait to see the next Darkyn series.

I have read the first five books in the Darkyn series, and am still needing to get through the last two. I love this series and I have managed to read them in order. I would recommend this series to others and I think my sister might start reading them as well.

I love these book! I read all the time and most series start reading the same as in plot. These books don’t do that, they can stand on their own and non of them are the same plot line per-say. I love how she mixes history and myth to bring the story alive!
So far I have read the first 7 and can’t wait to read the others even the short stories.
Your books are the best and I look forward to reading more!

I love all of the Darkyn books and loved them all. However I was slightly disappointed that Lucan was so tame in this book but lucki.ly he was redeemed in the first book of the Takyn series, Shadowlight. I would have to say that Lucan and Gabriel are my two favorites

Love the Darkyn book.. I just finished Night Lost and loved it too. Have to go back to the second book Silent Demon could not find it so i had to skip it. For those who ask if you need to read then in order i would have to say yes… because the newer book always refer back to something that happen on prior books. I really hope that Lynn Viehl continues with the Darkyn series… Maybe a story for John Alex’s brother…???? Just found out that there is another series she is writing… Kindryd does anyone know if its releated to Darkyn???

I love the darkyn an kyndred series. Once I start reading i can’t put it down untill i finish it.I love dreamveil. The characters will amaze you and how they all come together is one of the reasons you won’ be able to put the book down until you finish it.
