AD SIZES:
728 x 90 Banner - $200/mo.
Position: Top near header, displays on all web pages.
240 x 400 Vertical Rectangle - $285/mo.
Position: Right sidebar mostly above the fold, displays on all pages.
160 x 600 Sidebar Skyscraper - $285/mo.
Position: Left sidebar above the fold, displays on all pages.
468 x 60 Banner - $150/mo.
Position: Bottom of all posted reviews.
AD SPECS:
All quoted sizes are in pixels meaning that a 728 x 90 ad is 728 pixels wide and 90 pixels in height. We accept files in .gif or .jpg formats and they must be under 60k in size. Animation is okay as long as it is not obnoxious, of professional quality and meets the file size limitation.
Ads do not have to be related to books, romance novels or vampires but we reserve the right to reject any ad we feel is not appropriate to our site or our readers. We also reserve the right to reject any ad that links to something that we feel is inappropriate. We don’t mean to be overly evil with all these restrictions but doggone it we’ve worked hard on this site and we don’t want it tarnished. Yes, we’re pretty sure evil people say doggone it.
We reserve the right to change our ad rates at any time however ads already ordered and paid in full will be honored at their original rate. We will only allow pre-purchase of ads up to three months in advance so don’t try getting sneaky on us.
DEADLINES:
We prefer to have files in our possession at 5 days before they are scheduled to run. But we’ll try to work with you if you have a last minute order.
PAYMENT:
We accept payment via Paypal and will furnish payment instructions once you have placed your order. Payment must be received in full before ads will be displayed.
DESIGN SERVICES:
If you would like us to design an ad for you we would be happy to provide that service. Static ad design fees are $50/hr if you provide the graphics. It usually only takes one hour to design an ad providing the graphics you supply are of high quality. Of course, if you’re really a picky person and have us constantly making revisions then we’ll spend more time and you’ll spend more money. Rest assured though, our designer is a perfectionist and we think you’ll be very happy with the results.
